ETIRA Organisation

ETIRA members join a diverse and influential network of companies and individuals who take a proactive interest in market affairs, and value opportunities to share, debate and develop ideas on promoting the full spectrum of reuse in the office imaging sector.

Our members are actively involved in the inkjet and toner remanufacturing industry and represent remanufacturing, supplies and components, sales and distribution, empty cartridge brokering, manufacturing of compatibles and professional services.

Full Membership

Full membership is available to European companies actively involved in the inkjet and toner remanufacturing industry (remanufacturing, supplies and components, sales and distribution, empty cartridge brokering, manufacturing of compatibles and professional services are just some of the eligible categories).

Full members must be based within the EU and incorporated under the laws of their country of origin. Full members have the right to vote, up to one vote per full member. Membership fees are according to your annual turnover that is attributable to industry-related activities.

Associate Membership

Associate membership may be granted to the companies as mentioned earlier based outside the EU, and to individuals, associations, organisations or companies that have or represent a commercial, industrial or scientific interest in the ink and toner cartridge remanufacturing industry. Associate members may be charged a membership fee under the conditions set out by the Board of Directors. Associate members do not have the right to vote.

General Assembly

The ETIRA General Assembly of all members meets at least once a year. However only full members are entitled to vote.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors consists of at least three directors elected by the General Assembly for two years, renewable, with a maximum of three directors per country.

Working Groups/Committees

Working groups/committees can be set up to study specific industry issues. Working Groups and committees report to the Board of Directors.

Secretariat

Secretary General is Vincent van Dijk, an association management professional, is responsible for the daily management of the Association.
